Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm is the trading name of Climbtop Ltd., a company registered in England Reg No. 04588874.
By purchasing a ticket you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Farmer Ted’s and yourself.
The QR Code sent in your booking confirmation email must be presented (on your mobile device or printout) for scanning at the entrance.
If the ticket is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.
You are booking a ticket for a specific date, you may arrive anytime from 10am. Farmer Ted’s closes at 5:30pm and we advise that your party arrives as early as possible to enjoy a full day out.
Children under 18 cannot enter Farmer Teds without an adult 18+ and must be supervised at all times.
Disabled visitors must show proof of PIP or DLA (dated within the last 12 months). Blue badges cannot be used as proof.
Carers must show proof of Carers Allowance or Letter from GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full-time carer.
Members and Season pass holders must have valid membership for entry. Memberships cannot be transferred.
Some activities may be cancelled in wet weather for safety reasons, or due to technical or operational reasons. Farmer Ted’s reserve the right to alter or vary the attractions, rides and shows available without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In the unlikely event that Farmer Ted’s is not able to open we will offer you tickets for an alternative date. Only if no alternative date is available will a refund be considered. Any refund will be limited to the cost of the ticket purchased only. No consequential liability will be covered.
Once booked and payment made tickets cannot be refunded. Management may choose to consider exchanging tickets upon request, that must be used within a three week period of the original date. Exchanges incur a £7 per transaction administration fee. Once a day is sold out, management have the right to refuse the exchange of dates.
Farmer Ted’s Adventure Farm reserve the right to refuse admission.
Vouchers
Vouchers can only be purchased for Farmer Ted's via our official website. Our vouchers can be used for general admission only and do not include special events such as Halloween, Christmas etc.
Advance Tickets
Book by 8:30am online on the day of your visit for a £1.50 per ticket discount. The price rises by £1.50 per ticket after 8:30am.
Order Processing Fee
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
All online transactions incur a £1 order processing fee.
On the Day
After 8:30am tickets are deemed as booked ‘on the day’ and will be charged at full price.
