Children Under 1 gain access to the event for free, however, if you would like them to receive a gift from Santa you will need to purchase a ticket on our booking page.
Yes, all adults and carers have to purchase a Farmer Christmas ticket on our booking page to gain access to the event.
You can come down to the farm at any time before your timeslot on your booked day, however, we recommend arriving no more than an hour and a half before your time slot, as you will not be able to start your walking adventure until your booked time. You can stay as long as you wish after your time slot until closing. You must arrive 20 minutes before your allocated time slot.
Although most areas are under cover during the event, we recommend wrapping up warm with extra layers and appropriate footwear as the event does take place in the winter months. Our elves are always prepared for rain and snow, so we recommend you do the same!
The tickets for Farmer Christmas are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yes, our restaurant will be open during the event. Please note: Our restaurant stops taking orders an hour before closing.
